At Dutch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
